Looking for cooking classes for high schoolers or families/friends? Book a private class or cooking series!

June & July: Private summer series and workshops are still cooking!
These sessions are slightly less custom and are served in the afternoon, following our public summer schedule and menus. Visit the Summer Schedule to see what’s on the menu.

If the public after-school kids’ cooking series doesn’t quite fit your child’s schedule—or if your family or a group of friends would love to cook together—a custom cooking series may be the perfect recipe. Please note that this option is not available in June and July.

With this option, you supply the students, choose the days and times, and select the menu and skill focus. You can choose from any of the Escuela de Rogow offerings listed on the website, or we can design a completely custom series inspired by your palate, sweet tooth, and any dietary considerations (please note: I am not a dietitian).

A series may be as short as four classes and can extend to five or six classes if desired. Because culinary skills build from week to week, each series follows the same foundational progression—then branches off into the recipes and techniques that excite you most. And trust me: even returning students discover something new every time. Interested in a class that isn’t currently offered? I can probably accommodate!

Class Details
• Classes run approximately 2 hours
• All food is enjoyed during class or packaged to take home
• Simple snacks and beverages are always available

Pricing & Group Size
Build Your Own Series starts at $300 per student for a minimum of 4 classes
• Additional classes may be added (based on availability) at $75 per class, per student
• Minimum of 6 cooks to book
• Maximum of approximately 10 children and/or adults
